Ticket To The Moon 10-year Warranty

Ticket to the Moon products carry a 10 years warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. We ensure that all our products are leaving our factory in good condition and free from manufacturing defects.
Warranty issues are settled by replacement or exchange, no credits or refunds.

Klymit Lifetime Warranty

At Klymit, we are committed to the highest level of materials and workmanship. We stand behind our products with a Lifetime Warranty on our sleeping pads and inflatable products.

Items will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Klymit. This warranty does not cover defects or damage arising from improper use or maintenance, normal wear and tear, commercial use, accident or external causes. Unauthorized repair, modification or customization of your product voids this warranty. If a replacement product is unavailable or discontinued, a comparable product will be substituted.

PacSac 5-year Warranty

Hammock World offers a 5-year warranty on materials and workmanship, and will repair or replace a product which does not meet their highest quality standard. This warranty does not cover consumer negligence, or inappropriate misuse.

Haven Tents™ Warranty

Haven Tents are covered by a 1-year material and manufacturing Warranty. Upon receiving your Haven Tent it is recommended to visually check all components before using in the field. If a manufacturing defect is present, this can be attended too straight away.

Checking your Haven hammock, is best done by setting up on supports, even if the supports are not load-bearing, all components can be visually checked before use. If you find a problem please contact us immediately.

Haven Tents™ warranty does not cover:

• Regular wear and tear
• Improper use
• Cosmetic, non-structural or functional damage

Hennessy 12-month Warranty:

Hennessy Hammocks are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one year. Check your Hennessy before using, and if you find fault with any materials or workmanship please contact us immediately.

Note: Check the weight limit on your Hennessy packaging, and remember Hennessy Hammocks are designed for only one person.
