Ticket To The Moon 10-year Warranty:

Ticket to the Moon products carry a 10 years warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. We ensure that all our products are leaving our factory in good condition and free from manufacturing defects.
Warranty issues are settled by replacement or exchange, no credits or refunds.

Klymit Lifetime Warranty:

At Klymit, we are committed to the highest level of materials and workmanship. We stand behind our products with a Lifetime Warranty on our sleeping pads and inflatable products.

Items will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Klymit. This warranty does not cover defects or damage arising from improper use or maintenance, normal wear and tear, commercial use, accident or external causes. Unauthorized repair, modification or customization of your product voids this warranty. If a replacement product is unavailable or discontinued, a comparable product will be substituted.

PacSac 5-year Warranty:

Hammock World offers a 5-year warranty on materials and workmanship, and will repair or replace a product which does not meet their highest quality standard. This warranty does not cover consumer negligence, or inappropriate misuse.

Haven Tents™ Warranty

Haven Tents covers material and manufacturing defects, and does not cover:
* Cosmetic, non-structural or functional damage
* Regular wear and tear
* Improper use
Please check your Haven Tent before using, and contact us if any defects are found.

Hennessy 12-month Warranty:

Hennessy Hammocks are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one year. Check your Hennessy before using, and if you find fault with any materials or workmanship please contact us immediately.

Note: Check the weight limit on your Hennessy stuff sack, and remember Hennessy Hammocks are designed for only one person.
